This photo of American prisoners of war in a World War II Japanese prison camp was smuggled out of this camp by Janesville resident and Bataan Death March survivor Forrest Knox in the toe of his shoe. Knox is in the second row, the fourth man standing, wearing a white cap (#11). The men seated in the front row are the Japanese prison guards.
