Summary

• Finley Martin worked in personnel at Kimberly Clark for many years. He worked with the mill councils and described how they functioned in the 1920s. He also recalled how he made the trip from his home in Appleton to Barnett's Drug Store in downtown Neenah. Finley was 85 years old and a Neenah resident at the time of the interview.
