OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - T0140, Annie L. was built pool style, owned by the Armstrongs of Wheeling, West Virginia she towed cross tie flats between Parkersburg and Wheeling, West Virginia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Later bought by Captain Newt Flesher and the Spilmans for towing coal and brick out of Pomeroy Bend and Kanawha River. The Fleshers removed to Mt. Vernon, Indiana and the Annie L. burned there in June, 1907. Her machinery was salvaged and went into the I.N. Flesher
