OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - T1260; The J.K. Graves was one of the few iron-hull rafters and was built narrow and top-heavy. As of July 27, 1885, she was temporarily enrolled at the Port of Dubuque. In August, 1894, she sank in 10 feet of water near Le Claire, Iowa and was then raised. Sold to John Mackler of Cairo, Illinois, when she capsized three crew members were drowned
