Construction of the new school in the village of Houei Kong in Attapu Province

Summary
A new school was built in the Laven village of Houei Kong (XB 6473, L-56) in Attapu Province that provided classrooms for grades 1 through 6, also known as a Groupe Scolaire in the French education system. The tin roofing for the school was flown in from Pakxe along with other hardware commodities for the project. Villagers provided the labor and USAID the carpenters.
