Ten Khaseng adult males pose standing together. The photograph is on a postcard sold in Vientiane in 2002. The original photograph was taken by Alfred Raquez, a French explorer and photographer who traveled through parts of Indochina, and specifically Laos, between 1898 and 1900. It is part of a wider body of photographs known as the "Collection Raquez."
The location of the photograph was indicated as Attapu. The men are dressed in loincloths and woven textile blankets, with some wearing brass neckrings.
