Mr. Sen, an ethnic Nyaheun, was originally an IVS field assistant. Later, in 1970 when Houei Kong (XB 6473, L-56) became a USAID field post, he continued with his field assistant responsibilities. He primarily worked in the gardening project at the IVS demonstration farm, but also in aquaculture, teaching villagers about raising fish in local village ponds for consumption and income generating activities.
