The nave arcade and nave piers are circular but have rectangular projections with attached demi-shafts. The interior demi-shafts pass from floor to ceiling although there is no evidence that vaulting was ever planned. The clerestory is tripartite with a central window opening and arches on the sides with an associated wall passage. The capitals are all scalloped.
