After she was dismantled in 1945 she was used as a quarter boat by the U.S. Engineers and also used by construction and oil firms along the Louisiana coast. In November 1970 her hull was repaired in preparation for her going to British Honduras which didn't happen. In 1973, she was at Panama City, Florida and beached there during a hurricane. In 1979 she went to Pensacola, Florida to become a restaurant. She was restored in Belgium in 1989 and still existed there in 1993
