The instruction pamphlet reads, "A new freedom, a new daintiness for every woman." Tweaker Mfg., Co. Chicago. In a 3" x 1" x 5" black faux leather box with a gold label. The handle is stamped Pat. No. 1588387 for a hair plucking mechanism according to U.S. Patent Documents, 1588387, December 1923, Li et al. Primary Examiner: Pesock, Robert. Assistant Examiner: Price, R. Thomas, Attorney.
