OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - 3261; T1510; Operated as a ferry between Cincinnati and Covington until sold to Captain Barrett in the 1890s. He converted her into a towboat. She was later sold to the Paducah Coal and Mining Company and was used to tow coal from Caseyville to Paducah. Sold to U.S. Gas and Coke Company and renamed circa 1903. Note: Ways describes this boat as a sternwheeler. It may have been changed from sidewheel to sternwheel when it was converted from a ferry to a towboat
