A new six-room elementary school is being built in the village of Oudome (PC 4940) in Houa Khong Province, a village of Khmu', Lu, and Nyguen residents. USAID provides the carpenters, tin roofing and cement and rebar, while the villagers provide the lumber, sand, gravel and labor. The culverts for pouring the cement foundation are seen here along with the rebar being put in that will reinforce the cement posts and foundation.
