Fragment of a frieze with two registers. The scene is the lower register is largely destroyed. On the left side is a figure with back turned towards the viewer who hold an upturned vessel in his hand as though pouring water on the neighboring figure, whose haloed head remains. On the other side, an outstretched arm also seems to be pouring liquid onto the standing figure. The fragment of another head and an umbrella is to the right. The details suggest that this panel portrayed the first bath of Siddhartha. The panel is bordered on the left with an empanelled column. Separating the lower and upper panels is a festoon of lanceolate leaves. The upper register shows the remains of three arches separated by Gandharan-Persepolitan type columns. The arches are rounded with volutes at the end, from which pendants hang. A figure stands inside the center and left arches, both somewhat damaged. At the top of the relief is a leaf and dart band. A nail hole is visible between the column and central arch and the back has many chisel marks.
