OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - T1095; She was named for Henry Lourey, Vice President of the Mississippi Valley Transportation Company. Upon being sold to the Combine, November, 1904, she towed coal south from the Ohio River to New Orleans. On June 8, 1910, while pushing a tow with the Rover lying across the front of the tow to assist, the Rover suddenly rolled over and was run over by the tow. The Rover was wrecked with an estimated damage of $9,000. Henry Lourey was dismantled at Elizabeth, Pennsylvania in June, 1911. The hull was burned to recover old iron two years later. In 1920 the old bones of the hull were still embedded in the mud opposite the Elizabeth Marine Ways
