The original west end was in a state and was rebuilt in the late 1800's by Lord Grimthorpe. The Decorated Gothic window is heavily cusped nine light with two outer subarches over three windows each The inner three cinquefoiled arches are beneath a complex encircled set of nine sexfoils. Each sexfoil is encircle around radiating spokes. The remainder of the west front is in the Early English Gothic style.
