OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - T0349; Machinery, etc. came from the Rescue which had exploded on the Monongahela River. The Combine bought a new whistle for her from Sommers, Fitler and Todd, Pittsburgh. That whistle went to the Beacon later. She operated in Monongahela River pools until sold in March 1920. From then on she pooled coal out of the Allegheny River and delivered to Steubenville. This boat was quite powerful for her size and did "big boat work". In June 1926 she was practically rebuilt at Point Pleasant, West Virginia. After she was dismantled, the hull and cabin was used as a boat harbor moored at Wheeling Island and was still there as late as 1953
