OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - T1492; New hull built December, 1922; sold and later owned by W. M. Sale who ran her on the White River. J. Harvey Brown bought her from the Augusta Stave Company to replace the tug H. H. Colle which had been lost to fire. While under his management, she towed cotton out of White River for the Anderson, Clayton Company of Memphis. He also took her on a trip to St. Paul, Minnesota in June 1932 to get a dragline outfit for delivery to Sunflower Landing, Mississippi. Stuart Wilcox piloted for him on the lower river, and Harry and Albert Wilcox did the upper river piloting. Karlina was laid up in the mouth of the White River February, 1933 and burned there on April 5, 1933
