OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - T2524; Built in 1921 by Ward and designed by T. Rees Tarn. She took a tow from New Orleans to Chicago, leaving New Orleans on May 31, 1933 with Captain Elmer C. Good in command. She spent most of her time below Cairo. In March, 1946 she arrived in St. Louis for the first time in twelve years, Captain Julian Menard, master. On March 29, 1947 ice on Lake Pepin tore a hole in her hull and Captain H. Clay Hamlin ordered her beached to prevent sinking. On February 11, 1948 she was beached again after knocking a hole in her hull at Peoria, Illinois, Captain Archie L. Howell, master. She was dismantled in 1954
