Bill Sage ties cotton strings on the wrist of Mr. Rinh, USAID Cashier in Pakxe originally from the Laven village of Nong E-oi (XB 6572), one of the villages in the Houei Kong Cluster. The wrist string-tying ceremony(known as a "baci" in the Lao language), takes place in Pakxe in Sedone Province.
