Five local villagers provide self-help labor for the one-room elementary school construction in the Laven village of Nong E-oi (XB 6572) in Attapu Province. Here they are laying the classroom floor planks. They are Laven from Nong E-oi, which with a population in 1970 of 191 people was one of the larger Laven villages in the Houei Kong Cluster.
