- Fish, Fisheries & Aquatic Biodiversity Worldwide combines databases on all facets of ichthyology, fisheries, aquaculture and aquatic biology. Included in this collection are records from the now ceased database Aquatic Biology, Aquaculture, & Fisheries Resources (ABAFR), plus twelve of the world's major fish and fisheries databases, including FISHLIT, Aquatic Biology Citations (ABC), the Fishing Industry Research Index (FIRI) and Fisheries Review. This database includes worldwide research on aquaculture species ranging from culture and propagation to genetics, behavior, ecology and habitat. There are over 1,150,000 citations and abstracts dating back to the 1970s, dealing with all aspects of fish and aquatic biology. (Updated quarterly)
