Recorded at the Columbia-Princeton Electronic Music Center in 1959 with the following exceptions: "Wire Recorder Piece" was recorded at The Middle East Radio Station of Cairo, Egypt circa 1944; "Venice" is excerpted from a piece recorded in 1961 while walking around San Marco Basilica; and "Pirouette" was recorded in a New York art gallery circa 1974.
