An archive of manuscript materials by Pingeron including written works, many drawings of machines with some explanations, and some translations of other works into French and one translation into English. Pingeron was a captain of artillery and an engineer in Poland and France. He later was employed by the French crown in the building division of Versailles. He also travelled often to Italy, Malta, and Sicily. In addition to engineering works, he also translated works into French on various subjects from several languages.
