"Handset in 14 point Joanna with Perpetua Titling by Neil Shaver. The text paper is Frankfurt Cream, printed damp. The famous English printing firm, The Curwen Press (closed in 1984) noted for its fine printing, printed the pattern paper used on the cover. It was designed by Margaret James in 1922 and proved over the years to be one of the best selling Curwen papers. Of the numerous designs produced, few had names. This paper is an exception. It is known as Harlequin. Greg Campbell who with his staff bound this book, acquired the Curwen sheets from Falkiner Fine Papers of London."--Colophon.
