What constitutes sexual harassment? What can be done about it? Working Women's Institute, founded in 1975, estimates that about 77% of working women will be harassed on the job. Through candid interviews with women of all occupations, this program examines the psychological and financial pressures placed upon women through sexual harassment. Lawyers, psychologists and members of women's organizations discuss what can be done and what is being done about this discrimination.
