Included is a contract from the American Fur Company (1842) in which Ramsey Crooks sold land to William B. Cleveland in Milwaukee for which Juneau acted as the agent. The correspondence includes several letters concerning merchandise, trading supplies, references to Juneau's appointment as Indian agent, financial matters, and land transactions. There are receipts from the Milwaukee Post Office and general receipts which are hand-written and detail various contracts and supplies. Additionally, there are signatures from prominent Milwaukee citizens (1833, 1836-1837) as well as a listing of the names and dates of the represented individuals.
