Letters written by Chief Kahquados of the Potawatomi Indians and addressed to George Wing (Wau-Ne-Qua-Gen), an attorney in Kewaunee and first president of the Kewaunee County Historical Society, and Joseph G. Lazansky, County Clerk of Kewaunee. The letters pertain to the history of Potawatomi Indians in the Kewaunee County area as well as a Potawatomi performance at the 1925 Kewaunee County Fair. Also included in the collection is a copy of a bill from the 68th Congress on the payment to the Potawatomi Indians of Wisconsin.
