Papers of a leader of Milwaukee's Hispanic community from 1970 to 1979 when he returned to his native Puerto Rico. Memoranda, minutes, agenda, and budgets relate to his work with Advocate Education Program-Teacher Corps for Corrections-Milwaukee, which worked with juvenile delinquents. Concerning his work with the Community Independent Learning Program, an alternative high school in which he taught Puerto Rican history, are grant proposals, articles of incorporation and by-laws, curriculum materials, correspondence, and student evaluations. Additional grant proposals, minutes, statistics, notes, correspondence, and reference files relate to other bilingual/bicultural programs and educational conferences with which he was involved.
