Reports by school districts which operated only elementary schools but not high schools. Reports include the names of officers and teachers, their salaries and licenses, affidavits that the schools operated as prescribed by law, and such data as the number of days school was in session, number of pupils by sex and age, and the financial status of the school. Rural schools were not required to submit reports prior to 1945. Reports for the years 1934-1935 and 1944-1945 are missing from the original file. The 1958-1959 reports include form 1A containing the enrollments for suspended school districts (Box 202).
