Assessor of Incomes report to the County Board for their use in assessment equalization; showing for the various type of taxable property in each town, village, or city the assessed value of the property, the true value, and where applicable the number of items and their average value. Taxable property included farm animals, motorized and nonmotorized vehicles, timber and logs, merchants' and manufacturers' stock, bank stock, other personal property, and real estate and improvements. The form of the report varies and other information is included at various times, e.g., sale value of real estate transferred during preceding years and statistical relationships between real and true assessments.
