Particulars of, and conditions of sale for, the freehold and inheritance of that valuable and greatly improveable estate, called Suffolk Place, or the Mint, situate in the parish of St. George the martyr, and borough of Southwark, in the county of Surrey The whole consists of about seventeen acres of land, on which there are about four hundred houses already built, the greatest part whereof are let at ground and reserved rents, on building or repairing leases; other parts thereof have not yet been built on, or are now in hand, particularly those next St. George's fields, where there is room for considerable and immediate improvements.
