Summary

  • Includes a lecture given by Mr. Hunt to expose the conducts of the Whigs in office. It opposes the reform bill and the disenfranchisement of all "rotten boroughs" and the enfranchisement of all large towns. It also calls for radical reform in the House of Commons and criticizes bills proposed by the Whigs.
