Reviews legislation in the 113th Congress to address new issues arising from P.L. 111-203, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act), which includes provisions that directly and indirectly address insurance regulation. Discusses implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, reviews related international issues, and addresses State modernization efforts.
