Both letters are signed: "A Unitarian of Baltimore." Attributed to Jared Sparks in The life and writings of Jared Sparks, by Herbert B. Adams, Boston and New York, 1893, v. 2, p. 602.
The sixth letter was first published in the Unitarian miscellany, October, 1821, and the seventh letter appeared first in the December issue, 1821, in response to Miller's Letter to the editor of the Unitarian Miscellany ... Baltimore, 1821.
