Indigent deaf and dumb. : February 23, 1830 : Mr. Goodenow, from the select committee to which the subject had been referred, made the following report
Concerning the "resolution of the Assembly of Ohio, and the memorials of the institutions for the education of the deaf and dumb, in New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina" asking for federal assistance such as was given to Kentucky and Connecticut for their institutions.
