This item contains a number of lightly annotated maps bound together for the purpose of demonstrating the development of landscape and campus planing on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus between 1850 and 1956. The maps include plans or maps of Bascom Hill and the greater campus area in between Park Street and what is now called the University Bay. Maps or plans included are dated 1850, 1875, 1908, 1927, 1941, 1954 and 1956. The creator of this item is unknown.
