Accompanied by a portable radiation slide rule from the late Cold War era. This simple card slide rule is designed to help make rapid calculations in the aftermath of a nuclear explosion, to help determine the range of the affected areas after the blast impact, expected levels of contamination, the risk of fire, the extent of radiation contamination of people and buildings, and the length of time allowable for people to either remain in the blast zone, or to remain in safety.
