Mr. Michael Wright's curious collection of philological books, in Latin, French, Italian and English, particularly books of antique medals, statues, architecture and perspective, &c. : and besides the books there is a fine collection of Abraxas, or gemmae basilidians, in number 31, with one amuletum basilidianum, and one lapis nephriticu cum characteribus magicis basilidianis, scarabaei Egyptiaci, in number 20, and divers antique medals in gold, silver, and brass, several peices of antiquity of fibrae, annuli, mentioned by Kirkmannus and Licetus, several priapi, lucernae perpetuae, &c, three bassi relieui in brass, cast from Donatelli the master of Michael Angelo Buonaroti, viz. the circumcision, crucifixion and resurrection : besides gemmae gladiatoriae number 8, with antique gems or seals set in rings, number 20, viz. ... also a curious collection of prints and drawings by the best Italian, French and Flemish masters, all which will be sold by auction at the said Mr. Wrights house in St. James Street, over against Hart-Street and, in Convent Garden, on Monday, June the 4th, and the following days till all are sold, beginning at three each afternoon
