Ben discovers why his self-confessed playboy host shunned a life of wealth and excess on the high seas, for a back-to-basics existence and why he's built a commune from rubbish party-goers leave behind. Ben is put to task with group chores, takes part in Chris's mammoth beach cleans and bathes in mud.
