In 2005 college students from Vermont adapted a magical sport from fictional literature so that it could be played in real life. The sport, muggle quidditch, has travelled the world since, and has also found it's way to the Netherlands. From January to March in 2018 I have followed a quidditch team from Utrecht, the Dom Tower Dementors, as they practiced this sport. Quidditch is getting more and more attention in the Netherlands and is bound to grow.
