Pending a new translation of the whole of the text, the balance of the OAS translation has been retained largely unaltered, save for several corrections to the division of Articles into their constituent paragraphs to bring them into accord with the original Spanish text published in La Gaceta No. 23.612 of 20 January 1982. The consolidated text as amended to 2019 as provided by the Centro Electrónico de Documentación e Información Judicial (CEDIJ) of the Judicial Power of Honduras: http://www.poderjudicial.gob.hn [consulted February 2021] was the principal Spanish text of the Constitution used. The most recent amendment concerns Articles 67 and 112. These are translated from the texts of Decree No. 192-2020 as ratified by Decree No. 3-2021, as published in the official gazette, La Gaceta, Year CXLIII, No. 35,494 of 22 January 2021, and No. 35,500 of 28 January 2021, respectively."--Title page verso.
