This edition without the comma following "enquiry" in title, and with two rules, one above and one below the ornament.
The two copies vary. At reel 1904:9, signature-mark "A" of A2 is under the "no", and "2" is under "it"; pages 38,65,69,80 misnumbered 28,38,47,89 respectively. At reel 787:17, "A" of A2 is under the "or" of "2" is under "n" of "no" and pages are numbered correctly.
