Segment from an unidentified documentary, comprised of re-enacted scenes with voiceover narration. The segment follows the key elements of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We see his crucifixion, his interaction with his family, the two others who were crucified, the Roman spectators, and, finally, God, who is presented as a deep voice coming from the sky. We see Jesus's death, his burial in Joseph's tomb, and his resurrection, which is presented using animated white light. Finally, we see him reappearing in front of his followers, where he convinces Thomas that he has returned. The film then fades to an illustration from the Bible, zooming out to show a professor figure in his study, who has been giving the narration. He provides additional context and introduces more footage, based on the Book of Mormon, about Jesus's potential visitation to American Indians.
