Possibly Emily (also called Emilia or Amelia) Hayes (1830 Parish, Oswego Cty. NY-1913 NY), the daughter of Joel Post Hayes (1800 Granby, Conn.-1881 Parish) and Clarissa Redington (1804-1877). Among the couple's other children, some with entries in this book, include: William Alonzo Hayes (1825-1906), Luther Marvin Hayes (1827-1912), Horace Addison Hayes (1832-1833) and Clarissa Louisa Hayes (1834-1846).
