Examines applicability of the 1992 Washington Agreement and the 1996 Agreement For Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy Between the European Atomic Energy Community and the United States of America (Euratom Agreement) to prohibit enriched uranium produced at Urenco facility from being used in reactors owned by the Tennessee Valley Authority to produce tritium for use in production or maintenance of nuclear warheads.
