One 20 minute film short entitled Blue of the Night starring Bing Crosby as himself and produced by Mark Sennett and Sennett Picture Company. The film aired on the television series "Sprockets." Bing boards alongside a young woman and the two are mistaken for honeymooners. She mentions to Bing that she is engaged to Bing Crosby. One week later, the papers are reporting their engagement to her embarrassment, and Bing shows up pretending to be the reporter that broke the story. To prove his true identity, Bing sings "Blue of the Night" to her and her group of friends.
