A method is described in which biological fluids are continuously exposed to a test atmosphere, and sampling is achieved without disruption of the atmosphere. Samples are withdrawn at intervals and analyzed for sulfhydryl content by amperometric titration with the rotating platinum electrode using silver nitrate as the titrant.
