Miscellaneous financial records kept by the City Clerk. Volume 1 contains lists of city orders redeemed, 1859-1868. There are also many undated lists of redeemed city orders. Volume 2 and 3 numerically list city orders (appropriations) issued, 1877-1905. Volume 4 lists appropriations by category, 1901-1905. Volume 5 and 6 list expenses and income for each department, 1905-1922. Volumes 4-6 also contain periodic reports of the city treasurer on city income and expenses.
