Reports on family size, behavior, and money receipts and disbursements filed monthly with the Clerk of Courts by the parent, guardian, or other person receiving aid for the care and support of dependent children. The report lists the address of the family; the name of the person receiving the aid; the names and ages of the children in the family; how many times the children attended school and church; the state of their health; earnings of the father, mother, and children; excess monies from the month before; amount of aid received from the county; other monies received; and to whom, how much, when, and for what purposes the family paid out money during the month. Reports for only two months of each year have been retained by the Archives.
