Record of real estate transactions in Eau Claire County, the latter three volumes prepared by the Wisconsin Tax Commission. The records were compiled to aid in computing the true value of real estate in each district by a comparison of selected sales as to sale consideration and the assessed value. Included are date of conveyance, date of recording by the register of deeds, names of grantor and grantee, legal description of land, number of acres, consideration in deed, and the assessed value.
